Information on the collection, purpose, legitimacy and storage period of personal data
VALLES & VALLES CLÍNICA DENTAL may collect data from those users who contact us by email or telephone, and who will legitimize the processing of the data following the stipulations contained in this section and the consent given by the user. The user unequivocally consents that the personal data they provide will be
incorporated into our files, as well as their automated processing, or otherwise, in order to manage the reason for which they contact us, administrative processing and provision of the services indicated on our website, as well as for the sending of commercial, promotional or advertising communications.

The user has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection if he or she considers that the rights previously described in this privacy policy are violated or if he or she believes that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and its Development Regulations.
